Ipad problem

Hi pierre,
In former subscriptions i did it was no problem to watch on the ipad.
Now however the videos won't play at the ipad.
I get a play signal with a line through it.
Need help

How long will it take to this problem get solved.
I only have ipad on my travelling so my subscription is almost useless if i cannot watch in ipad....pierre it is 2012!

Do you use Safari or a third-party browser?
Both WCX and WUNF are working on an iPad 1 and iPad 3, i checked it with Safari and Atomic Browser... can you provide a screenshot?
Now however the videos won't play at the ipad.
Does the video url start with private5?

Yes and I've the Ipad 2 that I use every day !!! Just yesterday I was showing some videos, from the site, during casting to a girl with ...my Ipad !!

Hello
You confirm That you are using an iPad from apple and not an android tab ( like Samsung galaxy tab) ?
Is it possible to provide us the version of your iPad ?
Did you jailbreak your iPad ?
In some iOS version, there is an option to disable video.
Go to the "settings" application.
Select the safari settings.
Here you may have a "plugins" option , near Javascript and popup.
If you have this settings, please enable it.
