Yes and I will not care if I had twice number of subscription every month but the number of members is slowly going down and piracy takes all content.
So for sure if nothing change I will closed the site in 2013 !!!
Soon I will make a new proposal of prices on the site to see what happens, if it doesn't help, then we will see ...

Dont know what you have in mind, but in many sites the subscription fees comes smaller each month like 30 euros for first month 20 euros for 2nd month and then 10 euros every month from that or something similiar. Many sites also offer a whole year for 100 euros or so. Granted many of these sites shoot stuff in bulk and then scenes are exact same with different girls.

But also if the fees got smaller the longer you are a member it might keep people subbed and not cancel their membership and wait a few months before they renew again for 1 month. Sure the member would pay less money to you but hopefully this way more people would sub.

But i dont know if this is possible for you if you want to keep the quality up.
