Which is the best way to download videos on my apple computer ?

It doesn't change nothing if it's Apple or PC, you decide which file you want take and that's it ! But I suggest the MP4 because you have QuickTime !

And when you install VLC media player you can also perfectly view the wmv-files on the Mac
