Quite a lot of text, but basically it seems that The company haven't been able to pay back it loans. But if they don't have money to pay the loans, they have to liquidate the company's assets which can mean they are out of business

Well i hope they make it and thought that maybe people here are interested as Pierre used to work for them and seems no one else has posted about this yet in here.

The piracy is one part responsable.....

But the other part is the lack of interaction with the fans for Private....

I explain what i think.... Yes for exemple Marc Dorcel a good friend but a competitor of Pierre find this way to interact with his fan with the site mydorcel... which everyfan can be the producer and have some role in some of his movie !!!!

But .... i like more the interaction pierre share with his fan!!! Yes we can ask question to him, he answer quickly !!! And for the website wakeupnfuck, where i take some credits recently because i really like to buy the wendy muller and sasha rose scene which are masterpiece, him have a comment about every lady !!!

This is called to be involved in the fans entire satisfaction and normally this leads to success!!!

i just looked at the marc dorcel site, that seems really cool, i didnt know that. but 5000€ is a lot of money, and 10.000 for 1 of your own scene is still a lot. but yes, probably there are enough rich afficiandos out there, so i can only congratulate him for his exceptional showcase. maybe pierre should try a similar model??

Trust it or not, I'm sad for Private ! They ( I mean Berth ! ) did all the mistakes to bring the company to this result and I have a thinking for all the employes of spain who will loose their job !
Piracy is not the only responsable but they contribute a lot too ...
About Dorcel model, I will do something different but it will be time for ask help ...
