Using PC muscle in practice question

I am training PC muscle for few months now, I can stop ejaculating by squeezing PC muscle a second before i would start to ejaculate. It's pretty easy for me while masturbating
But when I'm fucking my gf it's harder to time that 'just before ejaculation' moment,
and even if I time it good I need to wait about 30 secs to continue, and then my erection is about 70% full.
So my question is how to use that PC muscle to fuck girls hard like You do, but without any pause ? I tried once to continue fucking while holding PC muscle squeezed but i failed and ejaculated.
