I found a report on Hot d'Or some time ago, and there were various images. It was only today I took a good look at them. The event looks very popular. I thought it was not recent, as Buttman is there, and he looks quite young.

Yes it's finish !
It was a great time to be at Hot d'Or, all the world biz was coming, it was fantastic on this point of view, but inside it was a bit different, at beginning of my director carrier I got nothing, then I grow up and Private paid lot of advertisment in the Hot Video magazine and I win in 1997, 1998 but this night I said something wrong for the eyes of the Hot Video boss on one french TV and then never get one again.
Tania my ex-wife was right after the phone call of this man one day later when she says, "you understand that never again you will get a Hot d'or !
So the party, in USA, Germany, France are always nice, but under the table there are many sad stories...

Then the day after Franck the boss told me on the phone : " tu n'es pas digne de l'honneur qui t'es fait" which means ( I hope I translate good ) " you are not worthy of the honor that you get "

Somewhere he was right, it wasn't very nice from me to speak like that but since my first day in this industry I've been only focus on my fans feeling and it will not change ...
