Hi, sorry to bother you with a technical problem that keeps coming up (it's, in fact, quite tiresome). I've been a faithful subscriber since June 2009 but in December 2010 something happened with your log-in procedures. I could log in and the member log-in box showed that the subscription was active. However, I couldn't access any films. I sent a message to the support person(s), and 10 days later it was fixed (of course, I didn't get any reimbursement for the 10 days when I had a non-functional subscription). Now it has happened again on January 31! I sent again a message to the support but so far I haven't heard anything. What's going on? For a year and a half everything worked smoothly with your site. Now there seem to be quite severe problems that I haven't encountered on other subscription sites....

We are working on the transfert of the actual site to another more modern, it's a huge work and of course bring some problems. Sorry for that, the support do is best but it's difficult to manage all in once !
