Study: Rise in some cancers linked to oral sex

There's a worrisome uptick in the incidence of certain head and neck cancers among middle-aged and even younger Americans, and some experts link the trend to a rise in the popularity of oral sex over the past few decades.

That's because the human papillomavirus (HPV) is a major trigger for these cancers, and HPV can be transmitted through this type of sexual activity.

"It seems like a pretty good link that more sexual activity, particularly oral sex, is associated with increased HPV infection," said Dr. Greg Hartig, professor of otolaryngology — head and neck surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison.

My advice would be :

1) if you are a female, to do frequent tests. Thats also true for all ITS and for mens.
2) always use condom when 1) is not done recently
3) tell every women they should get vaccinated before they even have sexual activity, and every 5 years from then
4) check for warts around genital areas, sign of an infection (aint pretty at all, i ll let you check the picture yourself...). Beware though, abscence of warts doent mean there's no infection.
5) be carefull with your health and health of others, educate yourself about ITS, run frequent test and follow the comon sense rules... but dont let that stop you from enjoying making love, doing blow jobs or whatever.

Read what I have already written many times on this forum about it !!! And not only about the problem of Papillomavirus but also any disease who can be inside the throat !
But politics don't care of those problem and no one is ready to educat the childrens the right way about it ...
