So is it true that Russian girls are absolutely stunning when they are young, but they seem to age pretty fast? Do other countries have such girls too?
I know that Asian girls don't age very much (a 30 yrs old can still look like a 18 yrs old).

Russian girls don't age faster than other European girls. It's depend of the life. If you eat fat, you smoke, you don't practice any sport, you drink a lot, you have cheap cloth, you never go to the beauty salon and you have a fucking hard job: you will be old very soon.

Asian girls look like younger as you say "a 30 yrs old can still look like a 18 yrs old" and a "18 yrs old can still look like a 13 yrs old" but sometime it is because she is really 13!

There is a gen indeed... and it has to do with skin, white skins tend to be thinner and to oxidise faster than darker skins which are more resistant to ageing. Think what happens to any fruit which you bite, minutes after it is already dark because it oxidises quite fast, the same happens to such type of skins.

So it does not have to do with nationalities, rather with ethnicities, also nutrition plays a big role hereby. But you are definitely right nutrition and habits determine how fast one will age. The consumption of fruits/vegetables (specially spinach, blueberries, blackberries), which are high in antioxidants help deter ageing. Also green tea helps a lot and fats from fishes containing omega-3. Lifestyle also plays a major role, persons who do not sleep enough, live stressed age much faster, a balanced happy lifestyle helps to stay young, but definitively you cannot completely overcome genetics...

Conclusion: Yes, if a girl has very white skin, blonde and has a bad nutrition and a bad lifestyle, she will probably get wrinkles at a younger age than a brunette with healthy habits...

We can also add the role of the sun which seems very important..this is also why dark skin, so black people and some asian (thai, cambodgian, philippin...) don't age fast.
A white girl who stay allways under the sun...at 25 she has a 35 y.o skin...It's a disaster with english girls, australian...

I do agree with you Toi. Of course there is a difference between Blacks, Indians, Asians, south Europe and other people. What I meant is there is no difference between a Russian girl (caucasian), a Polish,a Danish or an american citizen descent from English, Irish and German immigrants .

Gens don't recolonized the boundaries or Schengen agreement.

Sorry but ... there is a big difference between Russian and American, first of all the Russian have after millenary generate a special gene for alcohol which most other countries don't have, second I must also said they are older looking before most of the other womens even if they have good life... it's like the Africans and north africans girls with the weight, mostly after 40 they are fat, mostly Russian after 40 looks 55/60
but not always of course. But in Germany, Sweden, Holland often the 50 years old lady looks very good !

You really bite the hand that feeds you. I would like "your girls" could read what you say about their mothers and about them in 15/20 years! By the way my wife is Russian and 40 yo and....must more attractive than the big German women I saw on the beach in south of Spain last year.

Don't forget I'm in Russia a lot of time every year since 20 years, and have been maried to a Russian girl; so I know what I'm speaking about !
I've a friend called Roger, he has a Russian wife over 40 years old and she's fantastic but it's very rare...
