I just saw this post until now, maybe a bit too late, but I can give some recommendations to the readers out there looking to meet some local girls while in Prague.
For clubbing definitely Sasazu (sasazu.com), great disco/restaurant and full of posh czech and russian girls (many zlatokopky - gold diggers
, not that many foreigners (at least the times I have been there), a bit on the pricey side but cheap compared to Palais Maillot in Paris. If you want something cheaper, more retro and with more average Czechs then go to Lucerna (

If you want to bring girls for a coffee, then definitely Cafe Mysak (

If you want to eat some great Czech food, go to Svejk a themed restaurant based on the great book The good soldier Svejk, it is in Široká, near Parizska a great street for high-end shopping. Parizska is the George V, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore of Prague, so you get the idea of what you can meet there.
If you prefer to meet average local girls on the street, then go to the Andel shopping center, or to Palladium.
A great tip... go to the Saszka/O2 arena on the weekend after an event, you will find plenty of girls heading to the tram/bus stop. It is the main event venue in Prague so every weekend there is something going on.
For walking and enjoying the city, my favorite part of town is Vinohrady .
Mmm right now is what it comes to my mind, but whatever you do avoid Wenceslas square and the main square. Only foreigners there.
