Come on - please answer me properly !!!. I do not have time to peruse years of correspondence to find out where you have answered these questions.

I am a new paid up customer and as such I expect you to respect my questions.

This is a business Pierre - I pay for a service - and you have to give me good service - or at least give me the reference and I can go back to that input - but to tell me " that you have answered it in the past " is of no good to me.
