my body is very similar to their bodies. in regards to the amount of time i work in the gym. it amounts to 2-3 hrs a day. 5 days a week.that amounts to 10-15 hrs a week. i also do other physical things outside of the hard work in the Gym. So some of this is about time management ability. I get up and I go straight to the gym 1st thing in the morning after breakfast. that's my my mindset. I'm not on an Olympic team, I'm just very disciplined and I like to look my best for my own self-esteem. Initially I did it because I want to appear to be sexy to women, but now I do it for me so I can always look my best.i sometimes do painful dieting to get the shredded look too.
