Café chicha/bar chicha are good places for this, but it take more time, so if it's difficult for you, you can engage/ask someone who have lot of time and are good speecher to hunt/find the girls in those place, otherwhile some low amateur prod hunt also girls in some specific website chat, but it's a bit rubbish and you can have some surprise when meeting the girl via tchat, so for me chicha place are good option and more relax, also girl from chicha are not aware about "market porn price" so it's up to you to explain what money she can gain.
