Why give Eastern European girls Anglo Saxon names?

When Italy made the Spaghetti Western movies, they gave Anglo Saxon names to European actors and actresses to make them acceptable to the US Market.

Is this the same reason why you (together with other Europe-based porn companies) give Eastern European girls Anglicized names?
