Hey Pierre!
I have sensed some strip girl breasts and I think you can sense silicone implants and it is not a good feeling in your hand...
What about medium to big natural breasts though? Suppose the breast is not shaggy, do you always feel the small "lymph nodes" that are I suppose the milk glands? Or is it possible to have a big natural breast with a full "meaty" texture to your hand when you grab it?
