I am sure the men can give you some good suggestions. I want to tell you from a woman's perspective: I was 21 when I first had sex. It was so horrible. I really never wanted to do it again. What the guys are saying is true, a lot of foreplay. You can tell if she is turned on, and lubricated enough.
