my body is very similar to their bodies. in regards to the amount of time i work in the gym. it amounts to 2-3 hrs a day. 5 days a week.that amounts to 10-15 hrs a week. i also do other physical things outside of the hard work in the Gym. So some of this is about time management ability. I get up and I go straight to the gym 1st thing in the morning after breakfast. that's my my mindset.
