Re: Paris, city of "modern poésie"
I hope someone follows up and posts what happened to them. Did the police find and prosecute?
It is rare, but some foreign nationals who manage a store in an American city, have a gun under the counter. And the punk never robs a store again.

Yes, but it's forbiden in French Store. At the limit, a baseball bat is ok, but if the punk come with a charged gun, it's game over.
And shits like this happen the day, so imagine the night (at barbes area, la chapelle, ect)... Paris now is a nice Apple full rotten with worms inside, like Pierre said it, and he knows it well.

Well, that explains the man with the baseball bat.
That is so sad. Just 12 years ago, my sister and my niece went to Paris for five days on a holiday. "The City of Light" was a wonderful experience for both of them. Unlike the rumors about the citizens, everyone they met were friendly, and it helped to make their experience even more of a joy.
I am glad that they went before the "fall"..........

Yeah exactly and now all meat is halal everywhere in the country without ask people if they agree or not about it. The most crazy is when you buy it you paid a taxe inside the price directly related to build more mosquees.Paris now is a nice Apple full rotten with worms inside, like Pierre said it, and he knows it well.
I am in France at the moment, and I went to the beach yesterday. No one girl with nude breast anymore ... I think in 30 years everyone will be in "burkini" on the french beach and I think it's sad.
In 1982 at the "grand travers beach" near Montpellier, I remember I was playing volley ball with a tunisian friend and his wife, they were muslim, she had huge breast and she was in string only and I had another friend jew with his wife too, also almost naked and my wife too. We were all happy, there was also asian people around us in string too, and I miss this time when religion was not the reason to push people to hate each others and let them having fun on the beach the summer !!!
Now women are scared to even show their belly buton on the french seaside ...
The violence is so high, I see every day they speak on news about Trump and the people having guns in USA, but in France so many bad people have a weapon but good people not and this is terrible because knowing part of my family is in this country make me very worried. The future is darker and darker ...

Arabya women pray at home, so god doesn't care where anyone pray, that make mosquees mostly "meeting/social point" for men, to discuss, but the "in need for a place to pray" argument is just smoke to finance the place, because if women pray at home, men could do the same.PIERRE WOODMAN wrote:The most crazy is when you buy it you paid a taxe inside the price directly related to build more mosquees.
