She is the first person I meet that really prefers anal to cum than vaginal, and can take it with minimal preperation and with kind of force as well. Well as far I know it's unfortunately often the opposite especialy after an episiotomy which cut the nerves and does make a lot of pain for them after.
Also to push a lot, brings many time hemoroids which also doesn't help ...

l'Épisiotomie est une pratique de plus en plus contestée. Certaines filles préfèrent accoucher par césarienne pour ne pas abîmer leurs organes génitaux , aux USA ça se fait de plus en plus souvent !
