I have seen a lot of problems with shooting a scene, and because they had to finish the scene, they left it in. When a couple are alone in a house fucking, and you hear a toilet flush. A lot of videos are shot outdoors in LA by a pool. In one video a small plane saw them fucking, and circled around to watch. The airplane was quite loud for over a minute.
