My comment came off very ambiguous, sorry for that.

I meant to say, the Circus plan to send moles didn't work for them in the particular cases of Chloe and Helen.

I don't know because I found out recently that most south american I got in the last few months was more or less "ordered" to be "not good" with me. With some they failed with some I feel they got it !!! Athenea is probably one of the 10 best suckers of my life but anyway there was various problems...
