Well my question for support was what my current status is in months, since I don't know exactly what they have on record. I've been a member since 2009, but I've definitely not had a subscription going every single month.

Am I the only one experiencing that support does not respond when I text them about upgrading my membership to Graal? I've tried 2 times and given plenty of time to answer (first request was at least 3 months ago).

Hey For whatever reason the 720p download link does not work. It just links to back to the video page. The 540p and 4k links does work.

These weird green-screen backgrounds are distracting and awkward in my opinion.
