You gotta properly check the gun chamber visually and manually before you aim at any-thing. No matter if it is BCP, squirt gun or nuclear cannon. Armorer's laxness is horrific but what Baldwin did is worse. If you hold a gun, you take all the moral responsibility, if not legal responsibility.
