Okay , question 1:
For me, the real must-have qualities are emotional maturity and a sense of humour. Emotional maturity matters because it shows how a person relates to themselves, to life, and to other people. And a good sense of humour usually goes hand in hand with intelligence, self-awareness and confidence
I am convinced that paradoxically, when someone has these qualities, many other things you listed tend to fall into place naturally.

Appearance, age, height, weight, or skin colour are not that important if there is some chemistry.
What matters even more is whether a person can make themselves happy — whether they have a genuine interest and taste for their own life, their work, and what they do every day. I enjoy this life and it’s important to savour it together

It seems to me that people with this kind of inner stability and curiosity usually take good care of themselves both mentally and physically and so they look good and make a good living .

Isalyn and I are very close and have built a real friendship. The most important thing for us is that we genuinely support each other — in happy moments and in difficult ones. Even if we don’t always agree or would choose differently, we respect each other’s decisions and trust that each of us knows what is right for herself and support one another anyway

We enjoy spending time together in simple ways: going to the movies, meeting at a bar or dressing up for a restaurant, occasionally going out, or visiting mutual friends. Sometimes we just spend time at home seeing each other, talking late into the night. We go to different gyms since we live in different areas and prefer different activities there , Isalyn prefers dance-based workouts, while I enjoy weight lifting and aerobic classes
