À propos de Lupe Fuentes, il parait qu'elle est colombienne, j'ai eu des nouvelles d'elle quand elle est arrivée en Espagne il y a des années et qu'elle commençait ses premiers rapports avec les frères Lapiedra. OK guys just for info, I had the sad confirmation that Lupe and Lapiedra are in jail in Colombia ! Lupe has been arrested in L-A and Lapiedra in Spain, both extraded to Bogota.
It seems some student from a school there told to a teacher they recognize some girls from this place in some porno movies. Thoses girls was under age and using fake ID to do porn with Lapiedra. My informations are that Lupe and Lapiedra didn't know they was minors, but Police pretend this is them who did those fake ID for them...
They are in very bad situation at the moment !!!

Age of consent (meaning when a person is believed they are capable of making decisions, like to make sex) in colombia is 14 years old. In other words, like in many other south american and asian countries, it seems legal to make sex with a childs of 14 and older, sometimes even 12. In europe and USA its 18.

I read somewhere on I think a colombian board that if and when both lapiedra and lupe are sentenced by a court of law, they will probably only get a fine (small money amount they need to pay the goverment). That is, if the child(s) that is/were concerned are 14 or older. And I believe this will be the case, seeing the media talked about a childs from a high school (meaning 14-17 childrens).

They talk about if consent (permission of the childs/agreement of childs to engage in sex acts on or off camera)is obtained through deceit then you might have troubles. But even if fake id's were provided by lupe and/or lapiedra, then you still have to prove that the childs did sex against her will. In other words, if the childs of 14 dont say that she actually didnt want to go along with the sex, then both lupe and lapiedra are in big troubles. So far, I havent read those kind of things on the i-net.

In usa you have something called statutory rape: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statutory_rape Statutory rape means that any adult person who make sexo with someone younger than 18 can be prosecuted and it does not matter if the person under 18 agreed to the sex or not. Even if there isnt a complain by anybody, the goverment can and will still prosecute if they hear about a case. It is (without exception) always considered rape to make sex with someone younger than 18. Technically, even if a girls of 17 and a young male of 18 have a relationship of 3 years, he, according to us law rapes her since he is 18 and she 17.
I think usa is unique with this if the concept of statutory law exist in Colombia, then it would be bye bye lupe and bye bye lapiedra for good.

Now it seem like they only get money fine becuase of what i said in my first three paragraphs. Even if there would be deceit in the form of fake id's, they need to prove that she not agreed to make sexo. And a child is believed that she can make a deciosion on her own when it is 14 or older. And that teacher who recoginized the girls teaches on a school where the childrens are 14-17 and not a kindergarten or middle school.

So I think it is safe to say it was not illegal to among others colombian laws to fuck a childs.If one should do it even if the childs of 14 or older agrees to make sex,,,,that is a whole other discussions. I think 18 is better but I dont know how it works in latino countries or asian countries, those peoples are more warm blooded and I guess they are more likely to have sex at younger age than west euro or american peoples. I also believe in those countries it is considered something quite normal for teenagers to make sex at younger age than in non-third world country. Also plays a big part that especially the young and futureless girls often make sex at younger age, have a childs on their own, cuz they are (due to social circumstances and financial circumstances) not going to univeristy and thus are ready for life where most of us are ready for life at 22 when we finished higher education. Those other peoples lives often start at 16 with work and life in general.

We'll see what happends, but i think they get money fine and then basta.

Must we agree with what our laws consider legal or "normal" behavior, or must we take into account what the countries laws are where a conduct like fuck a childs are deemed legal and throw away our own laws when we make an opinions about lupe???? Is it western european/american arrogance that we only deem OUR laws and morals as THE laws and THE morals the whole world needs to live by or is there place for non-western mentality, laws, morals????

As far I know the problems comes from the involved girls said they get their fake papers from them !
It seems a bit stupid but if it goes that way they can get problem.
I wish them to be out of that shit as soonn as possible ...

Even if legal age is 14 in Colombia to have sex, I don't think it would be the same if this sex is filmed and distributed, making money of it. It is considered pederasty and prosecuted everywhere in the world. I can assume sex is allowed in some countries over the age of 14 with consentment, but recording it and selling it is another matter... So I don't think it will only be a fine to pay and everything is ok... :s
