Well actually, I remember the official complaint they brought to the court was much more simple. HD did not want their bikes to be associated with ANY porno scene/movie. The mere fact alone that it was shot in a bike shop with HD's in the background, was enough for HD to demand recall of all titles in court! But as you might know, the series gangbang girl were very very popular back then, so lots of people MIGHT associate porn with HD. Porn was considered taboo and very dirty in mid 90's more than now at least.
