“Dennis convinced some that he had to prepare them for the great Pierre Woodman. However, Pierre Woodman himself told me that he never asked Dennis such things. He literally said: 'I want a girl to come here completely fresh, you can't teach her anything'.

“Woodman does indeed have a concept and it is called 'Castings'. Young ladies then have an interview on screen and then they have sex with Pierre. But that is still a film, nothing precedes it. Maybe that's why Dennis' imagination ran wild?”

“I actually just entered the industry during the MeToo period. Perhaps things were different in the 1990s, the time in which Dennis was clearly stuck. But that is absolutely not how it all works now.”

What does a registration in the adult world look like in real life?
TRIXIE: “For small producers in Belgium and the Netherlands, this starts with filling out a form, where you add a photo of yourself. It doesn't even have to be a nude photo. Then you get a call and they ask if you want to do a certain scene. If you agree, you go there and you show the film.”

“Internationally, there are agencies that can arrange bookings for you. You send your details, some photos of yourself and also photos without makeup to such an agency. Your data will then end up in the agency's file, which producers can consult. Producers can also contact such an agency: 'Hey, we are going to make that kind of film, do you have someone you can recommend for this?'”

“But you are never asked: 'Come and fuck for 45 minutes, see if you can do it'.
