It's always tricky to compare woman that we see on TV or magazines...
To assess how impressive a girl can be, you need to consider the height and how she looks without makeup. Szindy is 1m78 and is gorgeous without a lot of make up, Portman is 1m60 and has always makeup ... Put them aside and you will see that there is no competition between them...
There is good reason why the top model cannot be shorter than 1m76...

To finish, on magazines, you have also to consider photoshop...

I'm sorry but proportions are more important that size, casta is 169, and portman is tiny. I think szindy is cute but I'm not that attracted by girls around 180
