Is chelnovosti popular site in Russia then? As the design of the site looks very old and don't give very professional feel. So i can't gauge how big of a news this really is in Russia.

Also if Sineplex paid only 4000 dollars for 25 scenes and they were all anal, then wow, they are really cheap company. Is living that cheap in Russia?
