As I born in forest and growed up in forest, I have seen once the fire nearly my home and it was something I will never forget. Also in army I have been fighting in south of France against fire. They put us by helicopter on top of a mountain with 1000 liter of water and we had each one of us a basquet on the back with 50 liter. It was a nightmare and my eyes, my nose, my ears was dark and painful. We had to sleep there on the ground in terror that we could maybe burn alive. I also don't keep a good souvenir from that ...
So when I see fire in California, Amazona or Australia now, it breaks my heart.
