I looked again, Pierre, and I saw something that looks like surgical scars just around the nipple. I am used to seeing the scars around the outside of the nipple or under the breast, but its the first time i see them inside the nipple, this close to the center.
They are a lot more hidden. Please take another look at the image and look at the really small scars just around the very center of the nipple.
