To be honest that looks like a fake page. Look at the writing. It's written in 3rd person.
'She has a fansly account'. It doesn't say 'I have a fansly account' which means somebody else is writing it for her. Easy to tell.

After a suspension u are not alowed to create a new acount. by doing it like this in 3rd person she can, while having "a close friend" run the page.

So practically it is not hers. If a friend is running it then it is no different to any other OF girls who pretend it's really them when in reality it's a dude sitting in an office taking your money and sexting with you
