Let me set this straight, It is her body and her choice, so if she feels she needs it and is happier with new/bigger tits so be it.
I'm only giving my personal opinion and from my POV she was one of the girls who did not need any surgery since she already had the perfect body. But hey opinions are like assholes and everyone has one
