Some days I feel I better should close that site, retire and enjoy my life with my kids when I read this ...
Considering the thousand of hours of work it ask me it's a luck I have some fidel and loyal members here otherwise I will be out of porn since few years already ...
But now I am more and more thinking to close the site for the 15th birthday on January 2024 because this industry is dead and people are less and less supporting the porn director but the piracy.

So you're ruling out hiring a team to edit videos and upload them which in turn would mean you could effectively take a step back and allow the site to run itself.
More videos released = more members as quicker turn around on content rather than the usual 3year wait?

No it doesn't work this way I tried in past and there is no difference !!!

The biggest complaint is the delay on updates so I'd have to say it would increase interest if updates are uploaded quicker increasing customer satisfaction

We've had this conversation multiple times where it shows that I have spent a lot of money to this site despite not being a constant member... One of the reasons being is the slow updates... Your go to answer is always "are you a member" not actually looking at your shortcomings

First I pay more attention to the members and second people who are here for many years and support my work have understood I do what I can my best but it's impossible to do what some people like you expect !!!
I am alone and do all alone. If I start use people to do my job then it will not be anymore my work. I tried ask various people do my editing, even shooting for me but it has never been succesfull.
So accept it or live it ( as you did ) but once you are not anymore supporting me do not complain about anything ...
It will not change anything and it's just making me feel upset sometimes cutting my wish to please anyone ...
