Here is what the photographer (Mike Dowson) wrote about her on a forum :
" Her name is Esther, she lives in Moscow. she was around 18 at the time of shooting. Esther’s mother was Italian and her father Jewish. I plan to shoot her again when I arrive in Russia next week."

Je ne sais pas, c'est pas ma femme et moi quand je pars au boulot c'est pour aller décalaminer des fions de poupées, parfois belles comme celle sur la photo, donc je suis moins triste que certain autres quand ils prennent le bus ou métro pour aller bosser ...

Indeed, girls with those massive tits are great to look and play with when they are young (18 - 25) but later on, those tits will sag / drop a lot and look awful. Better have smaller firm tits that will go on for much longer.
