Banana33's post just reminded me.
Back in the 70's there were high school girls that did volunteer work at hospitals. They would go into the rooms and ask the patients if they needed anything, like extra pillows or candy or cigarettes. Their uniforms were just like the nurses except that they had red stripes on them. That is why the girls were called Candystripers. Sometime back then a comedy movie was made about them. It was mostly slapstick comedy involving spilled food and urine.
Also in the 70's the porn industry had a habit of finding hit movies and changing the title a little bit and making a porn movie about the subject. In that movie all the girls wore the sme typical candystriper uniform and acted like high school girls. Because John Holmes was supposed to be a patient, he just lay there and got a blow job, then she rode him cowgirl style.
