Faith was under contract with "someone" for solo soft work only when I catched her and took her out of this and brought her to Brazil, theoriticaly for girl/girl work only. Finaly ( thank you Divinity and Anetta Keys !) I got her ass
and she did B/G work for me... She's a very nice girl, we are friend still today !
I think I don't know the other girl ( It could be but they use so much photoshop that sometime I can't recognise some I even fuck ! )

One can´t never underestimate the power of "girl-talk".

This Pierre you could benifit from when you do your castings around Europe.
You know for example to name a few;

Eve Angel- Hungarian
Anetta Keys- Czech
Jennifer Stone- Czech
Angel Dark-Slovakian

and many many more..

These girls are PORNSTARS and have alot of experience in "the business".
When you go on a casting-trip example to Budapest, you could ask for instance Eve Angel to come along for a weekend and "hire" her not as an agent but as an "consultant", "mentor", "advisor" or what you want to call it and help you out at the castings.

What you said time and time again that the "New fresh girls" you meet at the castings

* Often they don´t know anything about porn/model industry and is very "green" in mind
* They also get fucked in the ass by a "strange hairy gorilla" (you own words) who then wants this to be showned to the world (wich can be a scary thing!?)
* Even if they want to be pornstars they don´t know allways what leg to stand on and what can be good or bad for them with choices they make

This is where the "pornstar" could help. For example after you done the initation with the girl, and you explane the hidden camera and all that, you could leave the room for a few minutes and have (If you´re in Budapest) Eve Angel walk in the room and have a "girl-talk" with the "new fresh girl". Eve could answer questions and explain how the process works to the girl in her own native language (in this case hungarian) and then after a little while you can come back to the room and talk again with the girl, alone or with the help from Eve. Then I belive the "new girls" can feel a little more relaxed to have spoken to a real pornstar who explain the buisness and what choices can bare fruit for a possible career in pornbuisness.

Eve Angel, Anetta Keys, Jennifer Stone to name a few can tell that after be showned their initation at least they didn´t die from it !

I think it could be a hit. Imagine yourself you aply for a new job (in this case pornstar, soft model etc) and you know nothing about it. And then you get to talk to a girl that has been in the same situation before and now has allot of experience in this type of work. That´s allways a blessing I belive.

Maybe you can try this idea once or twice on casting-trips and see how it works?

I always use the girls in my work since the begining and it's a something supposed to be a "+" in the discution but this week-end we catched an amazing bomba unfortunatly with her boy-friend and even with all girls + Sophie and me we didn't get her to accept just coming today at my casting ( maybe she will come anyway but I don't think so ! )
It means what ever you try, some girls are like stone in the mind and will never said yes...
