Les gens de x-art étaient déjà blindés d'oseille avec leur business précédent et ils ont monté ce site pour le plaisir. C'est une belle réussite et cela va faire un précédent en terme de justice. Quand on va en arriver à ça en europe ( faire payer de force ) tous ceux qui télécharge du contenu pirate, ça va faire mal surtout si on peut revenir des années en arrière, et c'est de toute façon ce qui arrivera un jour car les IP adress sont forcement enregistrées quelque part.

But I have the proof their stupidy is equal to the level of their hate by the simple fact that instead to consider my action has something positive they just focus on ME here and who I'm but not on the main reason of all around this, which is :

Deja tu as une drole de lecture de l'article car le précédent, celui qui fait réagir la justice, c'est plutôt x-art avec leur système de poursuite, puisque les juges s'interrogent la-bas pour se demander si c'est pas à la limite frauduleux et s'il faut pas légiférer contre ca. Ensuite, sur l'Europe et les adresses IP, ca risque d'aller contre les decisions de justice et les decisions politiques européennes de "droit à l'oubli" sur internet. L'allemagne a deja fait reculer Facebook sur ses conditions d'utilisations, par exemple le système qui permet de retrouver le nom d'une personne sur une photo est activé aux Usa et non en europe, car Facebook a peur de poursuites.
Donc je pense que ca ne viendra pas tout de suite et pour ma part j'en suis bien content
