En ce qui concerne Google, c'est toujours le même problème. Ils agissent quand on leur signale le problème, et ils disent rétrograder les sites bien connus pour causer des problèmes.
C'est-à-dire bien trop tard pour que cela ait une influence. Une fois qu'un site est connu, les mecs cherchent directement sur le site et ne passent plus par Google. Le bouche à oreille fait le reste.

De mon côté, j'ai encore signalé 70.000 fichiers illégaux concernant les clients de PornGuardian rien que ce mois-ci. D'après ce que je constate sur le terrain, mon petit doigt me dit que PornGuardian serait plus efficace que ta DMCA team actuelle.

Je vais attaquer Google en 2015 si cela continue !!!
j'ai 278 000 copyright violation enregistrés et répertoriés avec réponse de Google qui promet la lune et ne donne rien. Si rien ne change je vais vraiment leur rentrer dedans ainsi qu'à Xvideos et tous les autres ...

I think a good way to fight piracy would be to create something like Netflix for porn.

Because it's impossible to fight piracy by trying to stop it. Because at the core of the web piracy it's just people sharing content. And that you will never be able to stop someone to share content on the web.

The only viable solution is to offer something who has a lot of value and easily available.
Netflix is a good one because people are sitting on their couch and they can get any movie they want, whenever they want, with the only condition of having a subscription.
It's HARDER for them to go to download a movie than it is to watch on Netflix.

On the contrary, I think it would be quite easy to stop piracy. The Internet seen as an infinite network of possibilities to acces illegal content is a myth. The closure of Megaupload or piratebay DID have an impact. It's just that there are a few dozen sites that offer the same service with similar or different technology. A few dozens, not millions.

Force the Internet providers to intercept illegal content (there are only a few big ones by country). Force the search engines to delete illegal content (it's already happening in the case of google since more and more they're selling content). Bring down the 2 dozens illegal streaming sites and direct download sites that exist, make anyone who don't follow the rules pay heavy fines or even prison and you're done.

Imagine if all thoses sites were hosting pedophilia. It would be already done. Yes, most people would consider those measures too harsch and freedom would probably suffer a little. But really more than in the US justice system ? Or most Arab countries ?

Honestly I don't want that, I'm just saying the problem is not the technology, that's just a clever argument people who defend piracy use against people fighting it in the general debate. The real reason why piracy is always there is the lack of politcal will.

My theory is that in most developped societies, free content has become what drug is in ghetthos and poor neighborhoods. It helps maintain social peace. If you're allowed to consume most cultural productions for free (porn being one of them), then you're less inclined to go out and ask: whay are the 1 percent having 100 times more money than the 99 ? You just watch your free porn or stupid tv shows downloaded for free and go back to work the next morning like a good little lemming.

It is absolutely the truth !!!
If governments wanted to close all that shit, they could make it in a second !!!

Sorry, not possible. Most of the illegal stuff comes via Private SSH Server (which uses SSH and SSL). The ISP have no idea, what data comes and goes because of the encryption.
