She was there again on August 22, 2016 and August 24, 2016.

During a police interview, one of the victims said that the group had also partied at a Miami Beach hotel, and that Marsha May and a male co-defendant had sex in a bathroom with the 12-year-old victim. “Everyone pretty much had sex with everyone,” the 13-year-old victim told police.

The 12-year-old victim told cops, “Everyone was taking pictures and recording the sex acts with their cell phones.” One video recovered by police showed the 12-year-old victim “digitally penetrating” Marsha May’s vagina. A photo uploaded to a defendant’s Instagram page showed a naked Marsha May (identified in a police report as “Subject #2”) posing with the 14-year-old victim, who wore only a bikini top. In the end, on December 1, 2016 Marsha May copped a plea on her charges of multiple felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child and promoting sexual performance by a child. She pleaded to reduced felony raps, including child abuse.

She got fined and 10 years probation. Sad, huh? Even with video proof she raped a child, they let her off with a slap on the wrist. This case has been reported in the mainstream media so I’m unsure exactly why nobody in porn is talking about it. This isn’t an old case either – it’s been going on from May of 2014 to just last month – December 1, 2016.

Marsha May gave 3 underage girls, one just 12 years old, drugs and alcohol and then had sex with them. She also filmed it. Fuck she even posted photographs and videos of it on Instagram according to one article from the Daily Mail. Porn Star Marsha May herself admitted to felony child abuse.

So why in the hell are we still allowing this girl to work in the adult industry?

Si l'affaire était aussi grave, au vue de la sévérité de la justice américaine, elle croupirait dans une prison pour délinquants sexuels pendant 20 ans au lieu de continuer sa carrière et de poster sur twitter comme elle le fait encore. La justice a décidé d'une peine aussi faible en ayant connaissance de l'entièreté du dossier. Si ca ne vous plait pas, c'est pareil.
