First of all, Pierre, your work is great, thank for it. But why HD quality so bad? Image like after soap. You use Apple soft? Maybe you change something? We really want true HD.

I don't think the point comes from apple, but when you have videos between 10 and 50 mn, if you don't reduce the quality of it, it takes days to load and hours to dl..
once, try to download one of the big last HD vids, and imagine the same with 15Gigs..
you will get it.
and in case your connection is very fast, imagine for someone with a regular one...

i don't said change sizes. I told that different codecs (divx, wmv, h264 and etc.) reduce original quality differently. Like example if we compared encoding same video by divx and wmv with default settings and output we receive almost equal sizes, we can see differences between different codecs.

Pierre, sorry, i don't say in first post, that for me only Full HD VODs with h264 codec seems not enough good.

OK but it's the only way to give a chance to the 98 % of the world population who can't download the true HD level quality, it'll take them two month before having chance to watch anything. I don't agree with you, I think the MP4 and WMV are much better than what propose many of my competitors... ( when at least they have this format ! )
Already I got every week message asking me to reduce the quality and mostly the people watch the video on the site with the sample screen which has the worst quality I can propose. If I do like you said, maybe I'll have only you has member at the end of the year...
