Nice you share this details, I know that Flynt ism't known for having the best lawyers back in the 80's. I know that he could never judge the psycho who left him in wheelchair as he was judged by life sentence and after dead sentence for another crimes he commit before but not this one. As I have always said by my own experience, my grandfather being lawyer, my dad being a very well known lawyer; justice is a subjective term. I even can say that justice doesn't exists, just good persuation that let you impose proofs even if they are real or not. To be a great lawyer, you need to pass over people who are victims or even guilty... is not ethic at all, but it is how the top of this business moves all around the world.
