We can win this war only in unity. So, piracy problem is an economic problem for first. Piracy is absolutely normal in ussr, because people can't buy food, and you hope he will pay for porn ? Never ! I know only one way. As I know, some sites doesn't work in former ussr, because people don't pay. Look legalporno for example, I see only few pirate downloads in free video in the internet. And biggest part of videos are only at the official site. This soviet people are big problem in this.

So I'm in Kyiv now. The capital of Ukraine. 1 year ago us dollar = 8 hryvna. And salary is 5000. Let's calculate. Salary is 600$. Anybody can live normal life on 600$ monthly ? Ok ... TODAY 1 dollar = 40 hryvna. Non official but de facto. And salary still 5000. But this 5000 today is 120$. Subscribe on wcx cost is 50€ per month.

Argentina knew bad times, but in all SA, the most European-style after Uruguay are Argentina. And now we live look like Spain. Northern neighbour Situation are better because Uruguay is very small. 90% of Argentinians have Spanish or Italian roots. We are European country outside the Europe.

What do you mean with "We are European country outside the Europe."? That you did colonize the part of South America....so you don't have more right on this land than Brits have right on the Falkland however you always ask "Fuera ingleses de Malvinas".

My argue based on the level of welfare, education, crime and poverty. There are 2 countries in SA : Argentine and Uruguay. I mean European style countries. Others is African style.
