I really don't understand that. I met Johnny many times in the end of the 80's and he was a great man, I don't know his daughter never met her, but as I said I was friend with David who is in my opinion one of the most adorable guy in the show biz.
Obviously something happened and pushed Johnny to not give anything to his 2 first children, which is not in the logic of the man he was supposed to be.
Why, I don't know and there are few chance any of us know, but even if David and Laura won the law suit, Laeticia is young and will keep the right of all until her death who could be after them as she is almost same age.
So if it was me, I'll give up and focus on other things. It's very sad that the little son and daughter of Johnny will never have anything from their legendary grand father but the fact is, he decided to do it and it's not us who can said if he was victim of any manipulation or just wanted it to be like that ...

Even if we go that way, a normal and correct wife would have pushed him to not désheridate totaly his 2 first biological childs, who also contribuates to his succes (David written succefuls songs for him, and Laura inspired the compositor Goldman for a song who generated million sales), laeticia had phenomenal influence on him and it would have been very easy for her to disuade him to do that, it's to big Pierre.

Now it's coming up that he did many donations to them and considered equitable to do as he did.

Well, according to Sylvie Vartan (and i don't think she's lying) J.H. never paid for David's taxes problems and never gaved to his son half of his parisian house...only Sylvie Vartan did)...

One thing is sure, lot of people doesn't understand what he did by giving so much to Laetitia but even if I don't know her, never see her I have the feeling it like me and my ex wifes ( 3 ) who were never able to do anything to help me to build up any solid structure, but my Sophie has changed all this and today if I am strong as I am it's because of the help and support she brought to me.
After 20 years together with Johnny, if she has been able to keep him near of her, able to rebuild his life financialy ( without her he will have nothing today, everyone is OK on that point ), so maybe deep inside his heart he has considered she deserved this final testament to be made that way !!!
Now concerning the artistic side of the story, it seems due to the paper he wrote that Johnny was thinking between his son or Laetitia the best choice to taking care of his new album etc, was Laetitia.
It's his last wish, even if it seems rude we have to respect this ... !!!

It's enough if one day Laeticia fired someone to create the chaos and said she is a bitch.
Look what happened here, I worked 15 years with Ricardo, same with Reda Semlahen and I fired both of them because they are two big motherfuckers but they tell to all people they cross that I am a bad man.

I don't know Laeticia and Johnny's daughter, but I met many times Johnny and was in friendly terms many years with David until we did not meet so much and finaly lost contact.
Yes David is a marvelous person, yes on the paper it's discuting if Johnny left his 2 first childrens with less than 10% of his fortune, but not you, not me, are able to know the details and we must wait the justice to clarified all.
I have met Sylvie Vartan and did photos with her in 1989 in the Paris Opera. I have big respect for her but she was colder than an iceberg and I will never forget how snobbish she was with me.
It's good David has taken the father good heart and attitude in his genes that's all I can said for now !!!

All this shitstorm would have never happened if he donnated something, just somehing, it's for the symbolism.
Even if he did donations, he knew that deseridate laura and david will create scandal, and this could have been avoided. It's the deseridating that schok peoples.
Just a guitar for david would appesed minds, would have been cool and wise from Johnny.
It would have been a better meaning that nothing, for closing the book of his life.
