Well, I would like understand who is this SJD so much angry against Colette and why ?
I could understand that if they were shooting porn scene like does the Prague Circus or Javier Vasquez in Mexico in his villa, but honestly where is the problem with the X-art production ?
IMHO, It's not worst than a mainstream movie where it shows murderer every 5 minutes !!!

Well, you asked, I’ll answer. I have no problem with X-Art’s films (although they are boring, and their “artness” is overhyped, IMO), neither do I oppose porn in general. However, I do have an issue with exploitation of outdated copyright laws to “plunder the citizenry” (Judge Otis Wright). I understand that you folks are angry at pirates, and while reasonable minds may disagree how to deal with this problem, I believe that steamrolling one’s life over a single bittorent download is evil, period. In addition, many targets are wrongly accused: over 5 years of blogging I heard too many stories to stay indifferent.

So why did I report about the illegal filming? Admittedly it’s a tangential issue, yet when one uses the law as a weapon to extort folks, pointing out hypocrisy is not out of line: a la guerre comme à la guerre.

There are only few blog posts dedicated to X-Art’s production per se, the other 150+ posts about X-Art/Malibu Media (https://fightcopyrighttrolls.com/catego ... ley-x-art/) mostly deal with legal issues.

As a producer from Europe, I am on the side of any producer going on court against piracy. But yes I heard that Colette's lawyer did some bad action and abused about the legality to push some simple people having download to paid more than they should.
I have no idea what is the truth about it but I can understand it makes upset some internet subscribers.
I don't know Colette, but one of my best friend Laurent Sky was working with her for many years. He stopped his collaboration last year and went to work for Tushy with Greg Lansky. He does now many shooting for him and his more happy as I see than in the past with X-Art.
That's all I can said. I know many deep things but they don't need be exposed here, this company was IMO a nice one, making nice video and I prefer that kind of people than asshole pirates cleaning money of their tubes with my stolen videos on it !!!

Personally I always said I like their work and I prefer 10 competitors like them than stupid bucher like the Prague Circus !
