no, it's now used as an insult - it means spastic / retard / idiot.
The original meaning was Mong is short for 'mongoloid', which was originally a term for a Down's Syndrome sufferer.

She choosed the name Sandra Seashell. Ok, I remember she did'nt had any ideea of a second name, only Sandra... If I remember well, I've been suggested to be Sandra Gagaa ( To not be exactly Lady Gaga), but she would'nt be gagaa. Since she've met you, she's calling me every day to make her working, but..... I want her to re3main exclusif yours

So it's up to you, but I would feel better if she will have the name she choosed. Not Seychelles, only Seashell
