i think it is a little more complicated,you have to put things into context,
sometimes you do some things really dumb but the guy that push you,sold them very well.

Olivia did some modeling before,she has everything,a great face,but also very enjoyable and a real personality,some charisma.
She could definitely had work only in the soft modeling and that does not harm
your image too much,and it cannot really be used against you when the work is very professional (met art like) and well done.
But when you do some porn it really narrows your workfield,because a company does not want to be involved in a PR campaign that could harm the company image.
