I did her casting last june but after her very difficult casting ( with tears to tell you the truth ) I was not attracted enough to give her another job.

Ah, okay. There went my hopes, lol, but thank you for replying and clearing it up for me. I still haven't figured out the reason, but I like her a lot.

Two big reasons. 
I assume Pierre talks about personality when he says "attraction", because I don't think she doesn't pass the threshold in the looks department.

Well, she seems an OK performer in the two other things I've seen her in. Sometimes I like the quiet ones. Some squealing from pleasure is exciting
