Sadly no one seems to know. She retired from the business and Pierre has attempted to locate he a few times and has not been able to find her :(

I may have missed it, but have there been posted pictures of Caylian before her boob job?

I don't believe that I have seen any. But then my collection "only" contains a little over 18,000 pics and videos of her. And yes some of those may be dupilcates.
