in trade/business, CRM (customer relationship management) is essential. It seems you do not care so much for CRM.
i see that people are begging for the remaining/balance part of some videos. OK, i respect, it might be a policy, i can not comment. But if you do not uploaded videos despite you promise to upload AND/OR if you continuously delay the release of videos customers will have to give up.
none of the self-confident and healthy person waits days and months, repeating and begging.
for example, i do not want to download any video but it says "downloads not available" if i try. This is a breach of sale agreement which i have to right to claim my money back.

You NEVER have a video for sale here if it's not on the site !!!
Only I put sometime the link for the video in advance before it's on the site and until it's not their you can have a message telling it's not possible to find the video yet and concerning the download it's because I locked VPN dowload as it's what pirates use most of the time.
Anyway, I can't put all the videos I shoot online in a day and NOBODY could give to customers all what is in the box even if he would like or it will request to have 5 permament editors working 10 hours by day.
But I edit video MYSELF as no one is able to give me satisfaction on that field.
So yes with the time many videos are expected and still not here but it was ALWAYS like that since 2009 and until 2017 all was going perfect but since many pirate sites have increased the quality of their video in 2017 at same time sale are going down.
I don't see the angriness of customers as a good reason to not subscribe as in any case what is not online here is not online more on the pirate places !!!
So obviously it's just people not so much interested anymore to support porn as they have all they want for free everywhere ...
I will hold until 2019 in any case, but if I don't feel the support as in the past, then I will close and basta, my family will be very happy !!!
I am use since 25 years to listen critics whatever I do ...
